About The Role

Location: Amman – Jordan

The Senior UI Designer is responsible for leading the visual direction and ensuring the architectural integrity of digital products. This role focuses on crafting high-fidelity, scalable design systems and visually compelling interfaces that strengthen brand identity and drive user engagement. Through competitive visual analysis and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, the Senior UI Designer translates complex user flows into intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically refined experiences. As a senior design authority, they champion UI best practices, ensure pixel-perfect execution, and maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate UX wireframes and business requirements into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop, maintain, and scale design systems, UI components, and visual standards.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all digital products and touchpoints.
• Create interactive prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Provide detailed design specifications and support accurate developer handoff.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform compatibility.
• Conduct visual audits and competitive analysis to enhance product quality.
• Review implemented designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution and adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UI best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-7 Years of professional experience in UI design, visual design,or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• UI Design or Visual Design Certification (Preferred)
• Figma and Adobe Certified Professional (Preferred)
• Design Systems or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Certification (Preferred)
• Web Accessibility (WCAG) Certification (Preferred)
• English
• Arabic

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in high-fidelity UI design, typography, color theory and layout.
• Strong experience in design systems and scalable UI components.
• Proficiency in prototyping, micro-interactions, and motion design.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience with developer handoff tools and basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Understanding of branding, visual identity, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
