Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Treatment Planner to join our growing Implant planning team. The ideal candidate is an experienced dental professional with a deep understanding of digital implant planning, surgical guide design, and restorative-driven workflows. You will lead by example—executing complex treatment plans, mentoring junior planners, and ensuring consistent clinical accuracy across all cases.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality implant treatment planning using CBCT scans, intraoral scans, and restorative data.
   
• Collaborate with dentists, surgeons, and lab teams to ensure clinically sound and prosthetically driven plans.
   
• Review and approve treatment plans created by junior planners.
   
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify case details and provide recommendations.
   
• Ensure workflow consistency and adherence to 3Sixty’s clinical standards.
   
• Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.
   
• Coordinate with the Quality and Operations teams to maintain case accuracy and timely delivery.
   
• Assist in developing protocols and SOPs for new digital workflows.
   
• Stay updated on new technologies, implant systems, and digital planning software.
