About the Role

We are looking for a full-time experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle end-to-end travel planning, manage VIP and corporate clients, and deliver high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries from consultation to booking confirmation 

• Design customized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, experiences) 

• Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes 

• Provide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel trends 

• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and suppliers 

• Ensure accuracy of all travel documents and bookings 

• Deliver exceptional service, especially for VIP and corporate clients 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in travel consultancy and ticketing 

• Strong knowledge of GDS system (Amadeus) 

• Experience in corporate travel or luxury travel is highly preferred 

• Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic are required)

• Strong sales and customer handling skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
