Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Trade Marketing Executive based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Senior Trade Marketing Executive will develop and execute trade marketing plans, promotions, and in-store activities to drive brand visibility, sales volume, and market share across channels. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales and market data, monitoring competitor activities, and optimizing trade spend and promotional effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and key accounts to align channel strategies, plan product launches, and ensure effective execution of brand guidelines at the point of sale. The Senior Trade Marketing Executive will also prepare performance reports, manage trade marketing budgets, coordinate with agencies and suppliers for POS materials, and support field teams with tools, training, and insights. Qualifications
Strong Trade Marketing and Sales & Marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or related sectors, with a track record of successful channel and in-store activation.
Proficiency in Market Planning and channel strategy, including promotion planning, category management support, and execution of brand initiatives across modern and traditional trade.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, market research, and ROI metrics to guide decisions and optimize trade investments.
Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and external partners, and for preparing clear presentations and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in trade or brand marketing are an asset.
Solid understanding of the Kuwait retail landscape and key channels; prior experience in the GCC region is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM and sales reporting tools is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
