Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Senior Technician role based in Beirut, with opportunities to work from home as required. The Senior Technician will handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LED display systems, as well as the quality assurance of installations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients during project implementation, conducting technical testing, and providing support for post-installation services. Candidates will work closely with the R&D and production teams to ensure adherence to product specifications and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining complex technical systems
• Experience with LED technologies and familiarity with product installation procedures
• Strong technical testing and diagnostic skills for functionality and quality assurance
• Knowledge of project management and team collaboration to deliver services efficiently
• Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and providing post-installation support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field
• Experience in customer-facing roles, coupled with a strong service-oriented mindset, is a plus
