Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, implement, and maintain server, network, and storage infrastructure to support the organization’s IT needs.
– Oversee the day-to-day administration and monitoring of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
– Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation for IT systems.
– Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware to improve IT efficiency and productivity.
– Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure critical IT systems and data are protected.
– Ensure IT systems comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organization’s IT requirements and align IT solutions accordingly.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Extensive experience with server, network, and storage technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Cisco, NetApp)
– Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
– Project management skills to lead and coordinate IT initiatives.
