About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background to lead enterprise-scale hybrid cloud transformation programs. This role demands hands-on expertise in cloud architectures, infrastructure platforms, networking, and security, combined with proven program management skills. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring delivery of complex initiatives aligned with long-term digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Program Leadership: Drive design, build, and operationalization of sovereign private cloud, public cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud), hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, and shared infrastructure services.
• Technical Ownership: Review and validate cloud architectures, network/security designs, migration strategies, and resiliency models.
• Program & Project Management: Develop charters, roadmaps, detailed project plans, risk registers, and ensure governance/reporting.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align cloud, network, security, DevOps, and vendor teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Vendor Management: Oversee integrators, cloud providers, and vendors to ensure milestone delivery and SLA compliance.
• Migration & Enablement: Lead workload migrations, hybrid connectivity, and platform readiness for onboarding.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, government security, and data residency requirements.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver clear dashboards, documentation, and status updates for leadership.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years in IT with strong technical background in infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in senior project/program management roles.
• Proven track record in multi-cloud/hybrid infrastructure programs.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud, VMware), networking (WAN, SD-WAN), security architectures, virtualization/containers, and DR/resilience.
• Enterprise/government experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cloud/infrastructure architectures, hybrid cloud models, IT operations, and service lifecycle.
• Project Management: Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies, risk/dependency management, and vendor/stakeholder engagement.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, decision-making, structured communication, and ability to deliver under pressure.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Cloud certifications (Azure Architect, OCI Architect, VMware)
• ITIL v4 Foundation / Managing Professional
• Enterprise architecture or security certifications (advantage)
