Design and implement competency frameworks that define required skills and behaviors for each job family and level, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Review and update HR policies and SOPs in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate standards.
Support change management initiatives by preparing communication materials, facilitating workshops, and tracking implementation progress.
Design and implement performance management frameworks that align individual performance with corporate strategy.
Conduct the goal-setting process with department heads, ensuring objectives are measurable, realistic, and aligned with business priorities.
Conduct the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and employees, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining process integrity.
Analyze performance evaluation results to identify high performers, development needs, and improvement opportunities across functions.
Develop and monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees in collaboration with line managers.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance dialogue by supporting managers in conducting regular check-ins and developmental discussions.
Prepare performance reports and insights for management to support decision-making on promotions, rewards, and succession planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management systems and competency frameworks.
