Job Description

Create and disable e-mail domain users
Handle exchange servers for:
– Groups
– Users
– Sending and receiving
– Email’ capacity (Quota)
– Limitations
– Email Archiving
Control the authority to contact external entities ( Users Privileges )
Handle Active Directory “ AD/Domain “ .
Create, disable or delete users and share folders
Control and monitor users’ limitations and the authority, accessibility of mapping.
Control Domains, Create and Manage users, groups, OUs and domain group policies
Manage DNS server, departmental shares & NTFS permissions
Create and deploy VMs and Perform VMs migration
Add data store and control fault tolerance
Control snapshots and V motion, convert physical machines to VMs
Deploy Veeam server and add vSphere to backup infrastructure
Add backup repositories and manage backup jobs
Deploy, update service desk and configure regions & sites
Import users from AD and perform network scan for assets and domain scan
Configure win agent and roles
Comply with the hospital general policies and instructions
Comply with Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Punctuality Systems
Perform other requested task by IT Manager and cover the shortage and overloaded areas

Job Requirements

BC. Degree in Computer Science or Information System
4-5 Years
Knowledgeable in LAN design and WAN equipment
Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality
Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition. Willing to work extended hours to meet work deadline requirements. Willing to relocate in other SG Hospitals in order to fill in gap, if needed
