Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait. As a Senior Sous Chef at Agthia, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure high culinary standards. Responsibilities include managing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and assisting in menu development. The Senior Sous Chef will also play a key role in staff training and ensuring consistent quality across all dishes, while collaborating on innovative culinary creations that align with Agthia’s vision for excellence and sustainability.
