Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Senior Site Architect will oversee architectural design execution at project sites, ensuring that design intent aligns with project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, reviewing construction drawings, and supervising design implementation. The role also involves managing project timelines, resolving on-site design challenges, and fostering collaboration between contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with the ability to oversee and deliver innovative, functional designs that align with client needs and project specifications.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration processes to facilitate the use of architectural tools and technologies effectively.
• Proven ability in Project Management, including managing timelines, resources, and teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
• High-level problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field; certification or licensure as an architect is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, site management, or related fields, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or similar).
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws, codes, and regulations is a strong advantage.
