Role Description The Senior Sales Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across domestic, incoming, and outgoing tourism segments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Sales Marketing professional will coordinate marketing campaigns, support digital and offline promotional activities, and analyze performance data to optimize results. The role also includes mentoring and training junior team members, collaborating with operations and reservations teams, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training team members, coaching sales staff, and contributing to a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
• Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is highly preferred, especially in domestic, incoming, and outgoing tourism.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, work with budgets, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with additional languages considered an advantage.
