Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Engineer role based on-site in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah. The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and driving sales in the chemical materials industry. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, offering technical expertise, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Engineering expertise with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong Technical Support experience, including providing customized solutions and product-related expertise
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Familiarity with the chemical industry and its applications, especially in sectors such as petrochemicals, water treatment, and manufacturing
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Riyadh, and other regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
