Senior SaaS Sales Executive – B2B Full Time NEW

About the Role: At E2NEXT, we build and deploy enterprise-grade software and SaaS solutions that transform how businesses operate. We are currently looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive who is obsessed with one thing: closing deals.

We do not need order-takers or just good conversationalists. We need a strategic closer who knows how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, build deep relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue across the finish line. If your track record proves you can take a prospect from a warm lead to a signed contract, this role will offer you significant earning potential.

What You Will Do (Your Core Focus):

• Ruthless Deal Closing: Take absolute ownership of the sales pipeline. Your primary metric of success is finalized contracts and generated revenue.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate high-trust relationships with C-level executives, institutional directors, and key stakeholders. You must understand their pain points and position E2NEXT’s software as the undeniable solution.
• Mastering the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire enterprise sales process, from initial discovery and technical demonstrations to complex contract negotiations and the final handshake.
• Overcoming Objections: Expertly navigate pushback regarding pricing, implementation timelines, and technical requirements, turning hesitations into commitments.
• Account Expansion: Ensure a seamless handover to the technical team after the sale, while maintaining the relationship to identify future upsell opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3-5 years of documented success in B2B tech/SaaS sales, specifically selling complex software (like ERPs, HIS, or customized enterprise systems).
• A “Hunter” Mentality: You are highly motivated by targets, quotas, and commissions. You are uncomfortable when you aren’t closing.
• Technical Acumen: You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must deeply understand how enterprise software works, how to sell its value proposition, and how to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical clients.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You are comfortable walking into a boardroom and controlling the conversation.
