Responsibilities
– Lead and manage all Quality Control activities throughout receiving, production, packaging, storage, and dispatch operations.
– Ensure effective implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and product specifications.
– Monitor daily quality performance across all manufacturing lines.
– Ensure all incoming raw materials and packaging materials are inspected according to approved specifications.
– Approve or reject materials based on inspection and testing results.
– Develop and implement effective process control checkpoints throughout production.
– Coordinate corrective actions with production teams to prevent recurrence.
– Drive reduction of process variability and quality losses.
– Lead investigations of quality incidents and product non-conformities.
– Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
– Coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
– Develop and monitor Quality Control KPIs.
– Analyze quality trends using statistical tools and data analytics.
– Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
– Lead quality Control improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
– Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies where applicable.
– Reduce quality losses, waste, rework, and product non-conformities.
– Lead, coach, and develop Quality Control Supervisors, Quality Controllers.
– Establish clear objectives and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in food manufacturing quality operations.
- Minimum 3 years in a quality leadership position.
- Advanced knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
- Quality Data Analytics and Reporting.
- ERP and Quality Management Systems experience.
Location: Zouk Mosbeh
Work Schedule: Monday till Friday – 7:00 AM till 17:00 PM
