Job Description
- Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online platforms, etc.).
- Assist clients in property selection based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales/rental process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and transactions.
Job Requirements
Experienced : Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or sales.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Presentable, motivated & customer-focused.
- Own car is a plus.
