Lead oversight of multiple Project Thrive initiatives (portfolio / major projects) ensuring alignment with overall mandate (capacity, resilience, infrastructure integration)
Drive delivery performance across BLD-executed projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and strategic objectives are met
Act as escalation point for complex project challenges and cross-project issues
Ensure integration of projects across pipelines, storage, ports, and infrastructure systems under the Thrive program
Lead coordination between:
o Business Line Directorates (BLDs)
o Group Companies (GCs)
o Corporate functions (Security, DM&T, etc.)
Resolve interface conflicts and ensure end-to-end delivery alignment
Ensure all projects comply with ADNOC frameworks (GVAP, assurance reviews, gate approvals)
Oversee risk management, assurance readiness, and performance reporting across assigned projects
Provide performance transparency to Gatekeepers and senior leadership
Establish and manage portfolio-level dashboards (schedule, cost, risk, recovery status)
Lead preparation of executive reporting (ELT / SVP level) consolidating all Thrive activities
