We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Project Manager to lead a strategic project
A global leader in loitering munitions.
This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for the intersection of cutting-edge technology and operational profitability.
The Mission: You will lead a specialized team of 3 technical experts, acting as the primary point of contact for the client.
Your goal isn’t just to “finish the project”—it’s to deliver excellence while optimizing processes to ensure maximum profitability within a fixed-price model.
What You’ll Do:
● End-to-End Ownership: Lead the project lifecycle from planning to successful delivery, ensuring all milestones are met.
● Fixed-Price Mastery: Manage the project’s P&L with a focus on efficiency, resource optimization, and driving profit in a non-hourly billing environment.
● Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3 technical professionals; participate in deep technical discussions and solve complex roadblocks.
● Client-Facing Excellence: Maintain a direct, proactive relationship with the customer. You are the face of the project, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
● Process Optimization: Constantly look for ways to streamline workflows and reduce overhead without compromising on quality.
What We’re Looking For:
● Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Project Manager in the defense sector—specifically with UAVs, Loitering Munitions,Autonomous Airborne Systems,Guided Missiles, Drones, C2/C4I (שו”ב), or Intelligence systems.
● The “Fixed-Price” Expert: A track record of successfully managing fixed-price projects and delivering them profitably.
● Hybrid Skillset: A strong technical background (ability to lead technical talks) combined with sharp business acumen.
● Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and driving them toward a common goal.
● Communication: Top-tier interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior-level client relationships directly.
