Senior Product Manager – Investments Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Investments to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of investment products that help customers build wealth through a high-trust, compliant, and intuitive experience. You will own key parts of the investing journey – from onboarding and suitability to portfolio construction, performance reporting, and customer retention.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance/legal, and operations to deliver products that are both customer-first and economically viable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting the product direction for BTB’s investor domain and ensuring alignment with business and risk objectives
• Designing and evolving allocation and portfolio logic – caps, limits, diversification, and automation
• Improving investor transparency – performance reporting, risk indicators, and portfolio explainability
• Driving measurable improvements in investor activation, capital utilization, and retention
• Building investing automation and self-serve controls that scale without increasing operational risk
• Partnering closely with risk, credit, and compliance to ensure disciplined, regulation-ready product design
• Using data, experimentation, and performance analysis to continuously refine investor outcomes

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience owning complex investment product domains
• Strong intuition for portfolio behavior, risk-return tradeoffs, and capital efficiency
• A structured, analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making
• Comfort operating in regulated environments with real financial consequences
• Ability to translate financial and operational constraints into clear product logic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders
• High ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward long-term product quality over short-term wins
• Ability to say no to growth, features, or complexity when they introduce hidden risk, reduce explainability, or fail to scale operationally.
