Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) is needed, English B1+
Project: UAE-based leading expense management fintech platform serving 2000+ businesses globally. The role focuses on shaping high-level product strategy, prioritizing features based on user needs, and designing intuitive web and mobile experiences with a strong emphasis on UX over UI.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research, develop user personas, and define Information Architecture for mobile and desktop platforms.
* Create design concepts, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for usability testing and rapid iteration.
* Document and maintain user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps to ensure cohesive feature integration.
* Craft interactive elements (IXD) and create high-performing user interfaces.
* Perform benchmarking, competitor analysis, and conduct design thinking workshops.
Requirements:
* At least 6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
* Mastery of Figma, alongside standard prototyping and user testing tools.
* Strong expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and core visual design principles (typography, color, layouts, grids).
* Deep understanding of user research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and high-level product strategy.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Material UI, Human Interface Guidelines, and modern design systems.
* A portfolio of previous work demonstrating strong visual/graphic design skills and applied research methodologies.
