We’re partnering with an innovative organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and are seeking a Senior Product Design Lead to help shape the future of intelligent digital experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on design leadership, working at the intersection of product, technology and data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the design and delivery of complex digital products from concept through to launch

• Defining customer journeys, interaction models and user experiences across multiple platforms

• Driving user-centred design through research, testing and continuous iteration

• Building and evolving scalable design systems and best practices

• Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver high-impact outcomes

• Influencing product direction and contributing to long-term digital strategy

• Exploring emerging technologies, automation and intelligent user experiences

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in Product Design, UX/UI or Digital Experience Design

• Proven track record delivering complex digital products at scale

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, problem solving + measurable business impact

• Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma

• Experience developing design systems and accessibility standards

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Comfortable working within Agile product environments

• Exposure to data-rich, intelligent or highly personalised digital products would be advantageous
