About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker to join a leading bank in Bahrain.

This is a high-impact hunter role focused on acquiring and developing new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships within the local market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net new assets, increasing revenue through tailored wealth solutions, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven Bahraini banking professional with a proven ability to win new business and deliver exceptional relationship management.

• Established network within the Bahraini HNW/UHNW market

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new HNW and UHNW clients through proactive business development activities
• Grow assets under management and deliver consistent revenue generation
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across Bahrain
• Provide bespoke wealth management, investment, lending, and banking solutions
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key introducers
• Collaborate with internal product specialists to deliver tailored client strategies
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Achieve agreed KPIs relating to client acquisition, AUM growth, and profitability

Experience Requirements:

• Bahraini national (mandatory)
• Experience in private banking, wealth management, or premium banking
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and generating net new assets
• Existing network of affluent and high-net-worth clients in Bahrain
• Strong knowledge of local banking regulations and market practices
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• Professional wealth qualifications such as CISI, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
