Officer SERVICES, Contracts SERVICES Purpose:
Coordinate, compile, and preparing various types of tendering and contracts in line with the COMPANY’s standards, policies, and procedures in order to contribute in meeting the business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Contracts Coordination and Administration
• Contribute in performing the tendering activities, starting from the expression of interest till distribution of the agreement in line with the COMPANY’s Contracts guidelines.
• Coordinate the scheduling of tendering process, follow-up with end users on the status of contracts and clarify related queries to facilitate the required actions.
• Update and maintain standard forms of communication, tender documents, and tender board submissions as per the set specification.
• Coordinate, compile, and prepare the tender documents; arrange the necessary formalities and preparations based on the COMPANY’s tender invitation procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelors in engineering.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 8 years of experience in the coordination and preparation of contracts documents, bids, and tenders within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of contract terms and conditions. Familiarity of standard Oil and Gas industry contracting forms and their operative effects.
• Good understanding about technical and commercial bids and tender evaluation plans.
• Awareness about quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Knowledge of applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Planning, organising, scheduling, co-ordinating, checking, examining, and recording.
