Job Description
We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead product demos for clients and guide our internal team in delivering high‑quality implementations. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end understanding of our core NetSuite modules, translate client needs into configured, practical solutions, and support the team with best practices and continuous improvement. You will be a key face of the product in front of clients and a go‑to coach for junior and mid‑level consultants on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, tailored NetSuite demos to prospects and clients, showing how the system solves real business problems.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes and translate them into NetSuite workflows and configurations.
- Configure and fine‑tune core NetSuite modules based on standard best practices.
- Mentor, train, and support junior team members on NetSuite usage, configuration standards, and demo techniques.
- Review and validate the team’s configurations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the agreed solution design.
- Work closely with project managers to plan, track, and deliver implementation milestones on time and with high client satisfaction.
- Document solution designs, demo flows, and key configuration decisions for internal knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional / Implementation Consultant, including client-facing work.
- Strong experience delivering live product demos and presenting solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Solid functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or other modules relevant to your projects.
- Practical experience configuring NetSuite (workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions, and basic customizations).
- Experience reviewing implementation plans and ensuring the execution of agreed work plans with the team and the client.
- Hands-on experience closing small to mid-sized projects with clients, including running UAT, documenting gap analysis, and ensuring sign-off on the final solution.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and support junior or mid-level consultants and review their work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
