Senior MS Power Platform Developer Full Time NEW

What you will do

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven applications using Power Apps to meet complex client requirements
• Build and maintain external-facing portals and web experiences using Power Pages
• Architect automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop RPA)
• Design and manage Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, forms, views, and role-based security
• Lead UAT planning and execution, coordinate with client stakeholders, and manage issue resolution
• Handle deployments across development, staging, and production environments using ALM pipelines and solution packages
• Produce technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and handover materials
• Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and solution design for proposals

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Strong Dataverse expertise: data modelling, business rules, calculated columns, and security roles
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and how they map to Dataverse
• Proven experience managing UAT cycles and working directly with end users and clients
• Experience with solution-based deployment, managed/unmanaged solutions, and environment management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Power Platform connectors
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience in the Gulf region
• Familiarity with Power BI for embedded reporting within Power Apps
