Senior MEP Construction (Sharm El Sheikh / Port Said) Full Time NEW

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site. Ensures that MEP activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The position plays a critical role in project success by integrating MEP systems with civil works and ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders.

Main job duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all MEP construction activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
2. Review and oversee drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
3. Coordinate MEP works with civil and other disciplines to ensure proper integration.
4. Manage site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve productivity and performance targets.
5. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
6. Monitor progress, budgets, and resources, report regularly to senior management.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and site challenges.
8. Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
9. Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
10. Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
11. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
