Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition across all our digital channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns that drive student enrollments (B2C) and B2B leads and play a key role in our regional expansion across GCC markets. This is a high-ownership, in-office role based in our Cairo headquarters.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google Ads, and Snapchat
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to hit enrollment and lead-generation targets
- Design and test creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
- Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports on CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion
- Lead paid media launches for new programs, cohorts, and B2B offerings
- Support market entry campaigns for UAE and KSA as part of the regional expansion roadmap
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 8 – 15 years of hands-on paid media buying experience, with a strong track record of results
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat Ads
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with performance accountability
- Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working at pace in a growing company
Strong Advantages
- Regional experience running campaigns across Egypt, UAE, and/or KSA — or a track record of scaling performance marketing into new markets
- Background in the education, training, or professional development sector — understanding the student decision journey is a real edge here
- Experience with TikTok Ads or programmatic platforms as supplementary channels
