Senior Marketing Associate – KFC Full Time NEW

Role responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and activations across channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals to ensure seamless rollout.

Brand & Customer Experience Management:

• Ensure consistent and impactful brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee the execution of in-store and digital assets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Monitor customer response and support improvements to enhance engagement and experience.

Commercial Performance Support:

• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support product launches and ensure full operational readiness across channels.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support decision-making.

Financial & Process Management:

• Execute administrative processes including PR/PO creation, tracking, and closure

Experience, Qualifications, Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1- 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Associate / Officer.
• English Fluency is mandatory
• Able to be agile & flexible in handling tasks
• Cross-coordination between different departments
• English Fluency is a must
