Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in New Cairo. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and support the expansion of Arabia Developments’ client base and projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends and competitors, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted proposals. The role involves preparing presentations, participating in client meetings and site visits, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales and post-sales processes. The specialist will also track pipelines, update CRM tools, and report on performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Background in Real Estate industry is a must.
* Strong experience in Product Mix strategy is required.
* Experience in Pricing strategy is a plus .
* Strong experience in market research, analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
