Job Overview:
Working in close partnership with the HR Director, lead a broad organizational effectiveness and transformation agenda to elevate performance across the Club.
Drive the design and continuous evolution of the organization’s operating effectiveness by aligning structures, processes, and ways of working to strategic priorities. Lead a ground-up assessment of organizational performance to identify gaps, realign capabilities, and embed a high-performance mindset across both sporting and corporate functions.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership to inspire, motivate, and enable sustained performance improvement and execution excellence.
