We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join a leading organization in the financial services sector. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end IT infrastructure landscape, including data centers, network and security, infrastructure projects, and end-user services, ensuring high availability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading large-scale infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations, data center upgrades, and network transformation initiatives
• Managing network architecture, security, and performance across hybrid environments
• Overseeing data center operations and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Ensuring high-quality IT helpdesk and end-user support aligned with SLA standards
• Driving governance, risk, and compliance in line with financial services regulations
• Managing vendors, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
• Leading and developing cross-functional IT teams

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of IT experience with a strong infrastructure background
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), data centers, and infrastructure projects
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure modernization
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks
• Relevant certifications (Cloud required, PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
