Job Description
– Manage and oversee day-to-day import and export operations.
– Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
– Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.
– Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documentation.
– Support customs clearance activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
– Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics activities with business requirements.
– Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
– Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support and guide junior team members when required.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
– Proven experience on dealing with freight forwarders, customs clearance processes, and international shipments.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication.
– Very Good command of English, both written and spoken.
