Job Responsibilities:

– Provide legal advice in corporate and investment matters.
– Handle direct dealings with various government entities and finalize legal procedures.
– Follow up on matters with the Investment Authority and all relevant entities.
– Draft and review corporate contracts and legal agreements.
– Represent the company before official and judicial authorities.
– Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing corporate operations.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law.
– Strong experience in dealing with government entities and the Investment Authority.
– In-depth knowledge of investment and corporate laws and regulations.
– Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
– Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
