We are building modern infrastructure for debt resolution in the region: faster, more scalable, and more borrower-conscious than traditional collections models.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Insights Analyst to join the Founder’s Office and support decision-making across portfolio performance, client economics, product performance, and operational strategy.
This role is not limited to standard reporting. You will work directly with the founders to investigate business-critical questions, structure analysis, identify performance issues, and turn data into clear recommendations. You will be trusted with the questions that don’t have an owner yet: Is this experiment actually working? Where is our portfolio quietly underperforming? What should we be measuring that we’re not? Why is this lender’s engagement softening? Are we pricing this client correctly? You’ll define the question as often as you answer it, then go find the data, run the analysis, and come back with a recommendation the founders can act on.
You will be expected to define the problem, pull the data, run the analysis, and present a clear view on what should happen next.

What Success Looks Like
In your first 3 months, you have developed a strong understanding of our lender portfolios, core collections metrics, and data sources. You are producing useful analysis with limited guidance and have surfaced at least one or two insights that influenced a business or client decision.
By month 6, you are regularly supporting founder-level decisions on portfolio performance, client strategy, experiment results, capacity planning, and pricing. Your work is being used in internal reviews, client discussions, and product or operations prioritization.
By month 12, you are a trusted analytical partner to the founders. You understand the business deeply, can quickly diagnose what is happening across portfolios, and are consistently shaping decisions with clear, quantified recommendations.
