📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Industrial Engineer

Location: Al-Amerya Public Free Zone, Alexandria

Company: Rubyred (FETIH TEKSTIL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to achieve targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous equipment operation.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and productivity.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or the textile industry.

• Strong understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.

• Familiarity with production planning and statistical analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Good command of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
