– Evaluate and contribute to equipment and process upgrades.
– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
– Strong hands-on experience in steel fabrication processes and shop floor operations.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
– Experience in heavy industry or PEB manufacturing is highly preferred.
– Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in industrial engineering within steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
