Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
Provide technical HSE guidance to project and operations teams
Monitor environmental performance and ensure adherence to environmental regulations
Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs
Prepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and compliance documentation
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture
Support emergency preparedness and response planning
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Agriculture or Science, Certificate in safety management or relevant field is preferred.
3-4 years of experience
Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
V. Good in English.
