Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Hospitality Design Architect for an on-site position based in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and project management for hospitality projects. Your tasks will include developing creative architectural designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and managing design processes to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with clients and project stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a focus on innovative solutions for hospitality projects
• Proficiency in Design Management and preparing Construction Drawings
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Experience in working on large-scale or complex projects is highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and sustainable design practices is advantageous
