What You’ll Do

🚀 Paid Acquisition at Scale

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily performance and budgets to maximize ROI and drive user acquisition growth.

🧠 Leverage AI & Data

• Collaborate with a team building AI-powered marketing tools and workflows, using real-time insights to enhance targeting, bidding, and personalization.
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to uncover user behavior trends and make data-driven decisions.

🔍 Growth Strategy & Optimization

• Build A/B tests, refine funnels, and identify new channels or tactics to reduce CAC and boost conversions.
• Partner with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.

📊 Reporting & Insights

• Create clear performance dashboards and reports, tracking KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the broader growth roadmap by providing actionable recommendations and innovative ideas.

Who You Are

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn

✅ Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking

✅ Experience working in data-driven, high-growth environments

✅ Comfortable managing budgets, optimizing performance, and working cross-functionally

✅ Passionate about technology, AI, and using innovation to drive growth

✅ Bonus: Experience with AI-based marketing tools or dynamic creative optimization platforms
