This is a Senior Growth Partner position where you will own sales, client acquisition, brand growth, and cash flow. If you can sell, strategize, execute, and grow a brand from the ground up, this role is for you.

Role Description

• Drive end-to-end revenue growth — from lead generation to closing high-value deals
• Build and scale a sales pipeline, partnerships, and referral ecosystem
• Leverage your existing network to unlock immediate opportunities
• Identify new revenue streams, collaborations, and market gaps
• Work directly with the founder to shape business strategy and expansion
• Build and mentor a lean, high-performance sales team
• Position Olive Sky as a premium brand consultancy in the UAE and beyond 
• Own GCC go-to-market: prioritize markets/channels and build the pipeline.
• Source and sign distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners; manage from lead to cash collection.
• Drive listings, launches, and promo calendars; negotiate trade terms.
• Establish demand forecasts and quarterly revenue/cash-in targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns for GCC.
• Build and report a clean cash-in funnel (targets, contracts, payment milestones).

You are:

• Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem (branding, digital, media, content, events)
• Someone who has built or scaled revenue before (agency/startup experience is a big plus)
• Strong network in Dubai / GCC — you bring relationships, not just resumes

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies to drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to leverage data insights for decision-making
• Exceptional Communication skills for clear and impactful collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Solid foundation in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing initiatives to successful completion
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships to foster revenue growth and innovation
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with strong organizational skills
• Experience in a growth-oriented role within technology, creative, or digital industries is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
