Role Overview
You will be the creative engine behind everything our students, partners, and prospects see. From Instagram reels and Google Ads landing pages to corporate proposal decks for GCC clients and printed classroom collateral, your work will shape how Finance Coach (and soon Business Coach) is perceived across MENA.
This is a high-output role for someone who balances speed and craft, understands brand systems, and is excited to grow with a fast-scaling regional education brand.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
- Maintain and evolve the Finance Coach visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and tone.
- Support the rollout of “The Coach Group” portfolio architecture, including sub-brands (Business Coach, future verticals).
- Build and maintain a brand asset library, templates, and design guidelines.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Design social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (static, carousel, motion, reels covers).
- Produce ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads campaigns (CFA, ACCA, CMA, IFRS Diploma, and corporate programs).
- Design landing pages and email creatives in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Adapt creatives quickly based on A/B testing and performance data.
Course & Educational Materials
- Design student-facing materials: workbooks, slide templates, certificates, and digital handouts.
- Translate complex finance concepts into clean, learnable visual frameworks (charts, infographics, process maps).
- Support instructors with branded presentation templates.
Sales & Corporate Collateral
- Design corporate training proposals for GCC clients (CPA, CIA, CFA, FRM, IFRS programs).
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and partnership materials for B2B opportunities (Saudi German Hospital, university partners, PIF GDP, etc.).
- Produce printed collateral for events, classrooms, and exhibitions.
Bilingual Design (Arabic + English)
- Deliver high-quality layouts in both Arabic and English, with sensitivity to RTL typography, line height, and cultural nuance.
- Ensure WhatsApp broadcasts, welcome messages, and student communications look polished in Arabic.
