Senior Full Stack ERP Developer (Remote)About the Role
HsDeccan LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack ERP Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of a next-generation ERP platform from the ground up.
This is a product development role, not a maintenance role. The selected candidate will be responsible for building a scalable, enterprise-grade ERP solution covering Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Finance, Quality Management, Maintenance, HR, and Reporting modules.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERP systems, enterprise software architecture, full-stack development, API design, database optimization, and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a complete ERP platform from scratch.
- Define system architecture, database design, and application framework.
- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Develop responsive web-based user interfaces.
- Implement ERP modules including:
- Manufacturing
- Production Planning
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Sales & CRM
- Finance & Accounting
- Quality Management
- Maintenance Management
- Human Resources
- Asset Management
- Reporting & Analytics
- Integrate third-party systems and external APIs.
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical planning and product roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and coding standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Proven experience developing ERP, MES, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Applications.
- Strong experience with:
- ASP.NET Core / .NET
- C#
- SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong database design and optimization skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing ERP experience.
- Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI-powered ERP features and workflow automation.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first year, the successful candidate will help deliver the initial release of a modern ERP platform capable of supporting manufacturing and business operations for multiple customers.
