Senior Fit-Out Site Engineer Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from execution to handover. The primary responsibility of this role is the full management and delivery of interior fit-out works, ensuring high-quality finishes, proper site coordination, and timely completion. The role also includes coordination of MEP systems to ensure seamless integration within the fit-out scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all interior fit-out works as the main area of responsibility, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and joinery.
• Coordinate MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) to ensure proper integration within ceilings, walls, and joinery elements.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and material submittals related primarily to fit-out packages.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and support schedule management of fit-out activities.
• Attend coordination and client meetings when required.
• Support testing & commissioning activities related to integrated MEP within fit-out areas.
• Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural finishes, ceiling systems, drywall partitions, flooring, and joinery works.
• Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) and their coordination within fit-out projects.
• Solid experience in site supervision and managing multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management tools is an advantage).
