Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and portfolio performance analysis across multiple business verticals. This role is ideal for a high-impact finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting processes and rolling monthly/quarterly forecasts aligned with business growth objectives.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.
• Develop and enhance advanced financial models for investment portfolios, real estate assets, trading operations, and financial market activities.
• Perform portfolio performance analysis, valuation reviews, risk assessments, and scenario planning.
• Monitor and analyze exposure across commodities, equities, funds, and bond investments.
• Track financial market trends, pricing movements, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Support investment planning, portfolio allocation, and trading performance optimization across diversified financial instruments.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Supervise finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Partner closely with senior management on strategic planning, business expansion, and investment initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong experience in FP&A, investment analysis, financial modeling, and strategic finance.
• Exposure to investment portfolios, financial markets, trading, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
