Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Equipment Control role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Equipment Control professional will be responsible for overseeing equipment standards, managing inventory and equipment availability, coordinating movement and maintenance schedules, and analyzing equipment performance data to improve operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Equipment Management: Proficiency in managing, monitoring, and maintaining shipping equipment inventory and availability.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to evaluate equipment-related data and optimize operational processes.
• Coordination: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific regulations and familiarity with logistics or shipping software systems.
• Time Management: Capability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration.
• Qualifications: Relevant experience in equipment control or logistics management is required, and a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
