Responsibilities
Provide English Language Training.
Ensure ELT graduates are prepared to enter USN, USMC, and contractor-provided courses in CONUS, or to follow-on RSNF training, as stipulated in the DLIELC curriculum.
Ensure classrooms and training materials are up to date and available to support the ELT Schedule.
Analyze RSNF ELT schedules, delivery methods, and standards to determine currency, relevance, and applicability to current training objectives.
Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers containing findings/results, including recommendations for modification and/or development of RSNF ELT and ALCPT schedules, delivery methods, and standards.
Provide recommendations to the ELT Manager on methods to improve the ELT Program.
Mentor, train, and oversee the qualification of junior ELT Instructors.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 2-5 years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree in English as a Second Language (ESL / EFL) – OR- have experience of 3 years or more as an ELT instructor – AND –be a native English language speaker.
