Senior ELV Engineer Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ELV Engineer to lead the design , review, coordination (BIM and design), and execution of complex ELV systems across large-scale projects. The candidate will manage teams, handle client coordination, and ensure compliance with international standards and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ELV design for large-scale projects (hotels, hospitals, towers, airports, infrastructure).
• Develop/Create project calculations as needed. 
• Prepare space program and Architecture requirements
• Manage complete ELV system design and integration:
• Structured Cabling System (SCS)
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Public Address (PA)
• SMATV/IPTV
• Intercom
• Wi-Fi systems
• Master Clock
• AV systems
• GRMS (Guest Room Management System)
• Parking Management
• Queue Management
• Building Management System (BMS) interface
• Fire Alarm integration
• Develop project specifications, design criteria, and compliance matrices.
• Review and approve design calculations, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Perform value engineering and cost optimization.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with architects and MEP teams.
• Interface with authorities and service providers such as Etisalat by e& , du. ,STC and Mobily
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Prepare a cost estimate and submit quotes for new projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage workload allocation.
• Ensure quality assurance and project delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / communication engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant ELV experience.
• Strong expertise in international standards:
• TIA/EIA
• BICSI
• NFPA
• IEC
• SIRA requirements
• Advanced knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks
• Strong authority submission experience in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
• Team leadership and client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BICSI certification.
• PMP certification.
• Data center design experience.
• Hospitality and healthcare project experience.
