Senior Developer — AXiS Platform Full Time

Aerxio is a UAE-based sovereign systems orchestrator. We operate as a specialist Master Systems Integrator

and strategic programme orchestrator across aviation and defence, working directly with government authorities,

airport operators, and military commands across the MENA region.

We are a lean, senior team. Engagements are high-value and client-facing. Everything we produce is board-

grade.

We are working on a proprietary internal platform — a full-stack web application with AI/LLM integration, a

structured data processing pipeline, and a client-facing dashboard. The application is designed for sovereign

deployment and is built to enterprise standards.

The MVP is live and production-grade. We are now in the extension and enhancement phase. We are not looking

for someone to rebuild or redesign — we are looking for a senior developer who can read an existing codebase,

understand it quickly, and extend it with precision.

You will work directly with the Managing Principal on an active internal build. The scope is defined. The brief is

clear. You will be given precise requirements and expected to execute with minimal oversight.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role — not a management or advisory position. Discretion and professionalism are non-negotiable.

— Extend the AI narrative and analysis engine with more sophisticated domain-specific processing logic.

— Build the API ingestion layer — JSON POST alongside the existing file upload pipeline.

— Develop additional platform modules as directed — scoped and briefed by the Managing Principal.

— Improve the file parser to handle contract documents and extract obligations, milestones, and payment terms.

— Performance optimisation of the async scoring pipeline under concurrent submission load.

— Sovereign deployment packaging — configuring the application for on-premises and air-gapped client

environments.

— Code review and architectural input as the platform scales toward commercial deployments.

— Maintain clean, documented, handover-ready code throughout.

— Strong Python backend development — FastAPI and async SQLAlchemy in production.

— Solid React frontend capability — this is a full-stack role, not a pure backend position.

— Hands-on LLM API integration — Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent in a production context.

— Experience building data-heavy applications: ingestion pipelines, structured outputs, dashboards.

— Docker and containerised deployment — including self-hosted and air-gapped configurations.

— Clean code standards — well-structured, documented, and maintainable without hand-holding.

— Able to work independently from high-level briefs without granular task management.

— Reliable delivery against agreed milestones — no chasing required.

— Absolute discretion — work product and engagement details are confidential.

— Direct, clear communicator — no fluff, no delays.

— Prior experience with sovereign, government, defence, or enterprise-grade deployments.

— Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and tenant data isolation.

— Background in programme management, infrastructure, or ERP-adjacent platforms.

— MENA region-based or proven remote working discipline across timezones.

Retainer-based engagement. Rate commensurate with experience and agreed scope, reviewed at milestone

intervals. A standard NDA and IP assignment agreement will be required prior to commencement. All work

product developed under this engagement is owned by Aerxio.
