Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in creating and editing social media content (images, videos, captions, stories).
• Help in preparing monthly content calendars.
• Participate in brainstorming ideas for campaigns and daily content.
• Gather content materials from teams, events, and partners.
• Track daily/weekly performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).
• Prepare analytics reports for internal use.
• Identify basic trends (best performing content, peak posting times).
• Keep an eye on social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
• Recommend creative ideas suitable for the brand.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Coordinate with the creative and media agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content deliverables.
• Support in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines.

Education & Experienc

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Eng, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, with demonstrated experience in team leadership and strategic communication planning.
