Ensure demonstrations help customers identify and resolve technical blockers with clear criteria and next steps
Prepare initial designs based on customer requirements from meetings and engagements collaborating with SA team when needed
Understand and influence customer requirements and evaluation criteria, position a consulting-led approach, engage with partners, and prepare responses to RFPs
Responsible for proposal-related activities, liaising with Solution Architects to define solution strategy, design the right solution, and obtain validations
Provide cloud services and tools cost estimates using calculators, collaborating with vendor teams as needed
Assist in developing responses to customer requests and proposals
Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales and technical departments to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address the customer’s needs
Assists in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions
Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales & technical departments
Partner with Forte Cloud technical team to deliver technical architecture, solutions, sizing, and full customer requirements to ensure a technically viable and competitive solution
Work with Vendors teams on the proposals and architecture when needed

Identify new technical and business trends and transform ideas into solutions that benefit customers
Apply business acumen to specialize in one or more vertical industries
Stay up to date on industry trends and assigned Hyperscalers technologies
Act as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices and delivering content at events when applicable
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive and alternative customer solutions in assigned areas
Maintain an up-to-date minimum of Architect level certification in assigned technologies and achieve other advanced certifications as required
Maintain a strong understanding of solution offerings, positioning, sizing, and initial design preparation for assigned hyperscalers, as well as for at least two assigned ISV
Requirements
Bachelors (or equivalent Degree level) education in a technology field
Strong working knowledge of cloud solution architecture on top of AWS, Azure and GCP
Experience in RPA, Low Code, Software, Data, chatbot
Minimum of 5 years of experience of hands-on experience in Presales with at least 2 years of focus on cloud services and solutions as a Solution Architect
Deep technology expertise of cloud solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP
Good understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and cloud transformation concepts on top of AWS, Azure, GCP
Knowledge of networks and security leading vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Trend Micro is a plus
Knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Analytics and IoT technologies is a plus
Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA) is a plus
Confident in working with a wide range of technologies and driving through strategic technology selections and designs
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability in presenting and framing complex technology concepts within a strategic business context to non-technical audiences
At least 2x associate level of public cloud certifications from AWS, Azure or GCP
Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
